Delete Account – UM Fitness

You can request the deletion of your UM Fitness account and all associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below or contact our support team.

How to request deletion

  1. From inside the UM app: Profile tab → Settings → Delete My Account.
  2. Or send us an email at hi@devnium.tech using your registered email address, or include your UM user ID for verification.

For security, we verify all deletion requests. We aim to process requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

  • Permanent deletion of personal data: your name, email, preferences, and activity data will be permanently deleted.
  • Anonymous analytics retained: we may retain de-identified, aggregated analytics to improve our services. This data cannot be used to identify you.
  • Backups: system backups may retain your data for up to 30 days and are automatically purged on their normal cycle; backups are stored securely and are not used for any other purpose.
  • Loss of access: you will lose access to your workout plans, nutrition data, and app history after deletion is completed.

Data retention & privacy

UM Fitness is committed to protecting your privacy. We only retain data as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Once your account is deleted, we remove your personal data from active systems and scheduled backups within the stated timeframe.
